What if I’m planning on going away in the next 12 months?

A lot of our clients will continue with coaching while away on their trip, however it would just look a little different. The other option is to use a break from membership by applying for a holiday week (up to 4 weeks per year and would require 4 weeks notice)However, to show you how much we believe in ourselves and our process, we offer a 90 day guarantee. That means, if you show up 100% do everything we prescribe and you don’t see objective data to show you have improved we can part ways, and we will refund you 50% of what you have paid.

What if I have a chronic health condition?

We have helped 1000s of clients with chronic health conditions. This is part of the reason we created Unity.

There are currently clients that have scoliosis, post cancer, endometriosis, anxiety, recovered from eating disorders and on lists for hip replacements. We aim to create a safe place for those who don’t feel safe in “generic gyms”.

That said, we also have clients who don’t fit in those categories or align with “chronic pain sufferers”. We got you too. If you are after somewhere to support your health and performance journey without the judgement we are here for you too.

I’ve had pain and problems for years, I’m expecting to live with my back pain for the rest of my life, can you help?


We believe there is always an improvement to be made, no matter “how far gone” you are or how severe your pain is. We have worked with many individuals who were ready for surgery, and with treatment and coaching are now able to live life pain free and surgery free. This does not mean everyone is the same, we cannot guarantee anything of course. However, we will try our very best to improve your quality of life. The best thing to do is get in touch to see if we are able to offer any advice for you.


How do group classes work?

What we do is class based, but individualised.

You are working in small groups doing YOUR programme, for YOUR body.

Classes are up to 5 people to allow for your coach to give everyone enough attention and guidance. Your programme is 100% online which you will follow while in class. You update it and write comments for your coach to give you feedback and/or make adjustments each week.

You are welcomed into the unity family to build the lifestyle you deserve with a body without limitations.

Can I claim on insurance?

This is a question for your insurance company. As a registered osteopath, we may apply for your insurance, however we can offer a receipt after payment for you to seek reimbursement directly with the insurance company.

I’m not local, can I still join?

Short answer, yes.

However you need to be the right person if you are looking to join our health programme. As there is a lot of education as part of this process and it can feel hard to do this on your own without live feedback. It 100% can work, and has worked for many clients of ours who were all over the world while working on themselves. Communication here, is key.

If you are wanting to join our performance membership, this would work very well online.

If you are semi local, our online programme allows for you to join our foundation classes which work well to support you through our ongoing programme to refine technique.


What’s the difference between you and a personal trainer?

Great question. Personal trainers are great for most people and general goals, 100%.

However, being an Osteopath, Jess has had 5 years of university study, plus graduated after a further 12 months as a Women’s Health educator with AWPT and an Active Life professional with Active Life. This means, we are here working to bridge the gap between healthcare and performance. 

You can go and see a local PT for some body composition goals, strengthen your legs etc. but what if you have a chronic health condition, chronic pain that keeps coming back, or consistently in and out of a chiro/sports massage therapist/osteo/physio room – they aren’t equipped to manage you and get you closer to your goals. That’s why we are different.

It seems expensive for group classes.

We understand we are not in everyone’s budget. That’s okay because our membership is not a cheap service.

If you were to search for a local personal trainer they will be charging £35-65 per session, then you have your individualised programme on top of that which varies greatly depending on level of support you get (£80-200/month), plus a gym membership (min £30/month).

Or you have the option of going to a generic group class gym, which varies again from £80-200 a month, which usually includes double the attendees, so half the attention and none of the individualisation.

If our membership is out of your price bracket, we’d recommend looking at our online communities for accountability, support and health, book onto an upcoming workshop to learn all the things and get the live support or get on the waitlist for our online courses and programmes which you can complete at a gym for a more affordable price tag. I’m scared to join for 12 months, what are my options?

We understand it’s concerning to put your all into one thing. The reason why we do this is to ensure you are not signing up for a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change, rehabilitation takes a long time due to the nature of your body’s tissues and it’s recovery. Especially when dealing with chronic pain. Even more so when you have tried so many things in the past. However, we ask you to ask yourself, if you are in the same place as you are today in a year, are you happy? Is that enough for you? If not, we encourage you to try one more thing, for you. Go all in. This is for you.
