  • Support Availability: Users can contact us 24/7, but responses will be provided during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM UK time).

    • The app features an on-demand program updated regularly, an exercise library with 100+ instructional videos, and educational opportunities. Users can also receive feedback from our team and upgrade to 1-1 support, personalised programs, or online coaching.

Account & Subscription

  • How do I create an account?

    • You can create an account via our website or by downloading the app and entering your details.

  • What happens after my 7-day free trial?

    • Your selected subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Can I pause or change my subscription?

    • Upgrades: Contact us via email to change your subscription.

    • Pauses: We recommend canceling and rejoining later. Prices may change in the future.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel?

    • No refunds are issued. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
